Dengiz Kürşat is the founder and owner of Avertiss Group, a company focusing on dealing with real estate and related services in Cyprus.  Avertiss is formed of a team of highly experienced professionals focusing on representing buyers and sellers of high-end real estate both domestically and internationally.  Our team includes Lawyers, Investment Advisors, Lifestyle Advisors and Valuators.

Dengiz Kürşat was born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus. He graduated from The Faculty of Business Administration, Bilkent University in Ankara - Turkey.  He then obtained a Master's Degree (MBA) from University of Miami, Florida - USA with Dual Specializations in Marketing and Management, graduating with High Honors.

He began his professional career in Miami specializing in Digital Marketing at Tel3.com, a sub-organization of Netel Inc. A year later, he co-founded a new integrated digital marketing company InMar, with his colleagues.

His family being in Real Estate for over half a century, he returned to Cyprus in 2003 to set up his own Real Estate company.  At this point, he struck a deal with RE/MAX International to open up the first RE/MAX franchise in Cyprus. Dengiz further set up a second RE/MAX franchise office in Cyprus in 2009.

After a very successful cooperation period for 12 years, in 2015, Dengiz sold off this company and founded Avertiss.  Avertiss is the first and only North Cypriot Real Estate company, operating as a Franchisor.

Dengiz Kürşat has many years of experience and connections both in the North as well as in the South Cyprus Real Estate Sector. He has Brokered numerous deals including some of the record-breaking transactions in Nicosia and Kyrenia.  His achievements have been celebrated both in Cyprus as well as in the international arena, and he has been presented with numerous awards.   He has trained and mentored more than 100 Real Estate Agents and helped them Jump Start their real estate careers.  He even has his own proprietary real estate sales training program. 

He is a well-known expert in representing high-end customers both domestically in Cyprus as well as foreign.  He is also a highly respected consultant with an established track record of organizing the setup of marketing and sales departments of numerous construction companies.  

Besides his businesses, Dengiz Kürşat is very active in NGO's, was The Chairman of the Turkish Cypriot Businessmen's Association (İŞAD) (2017 - 2019), is a co-founder of Vision Cyprus Lobbying Association (Vision Cyprus) and an 19-year member of the Turkish Cypriot Realtors Association. He is an avid Galatasaray fan and loves TRX and fast cars.  Dengiz is the proud father of two children.
